Description
LEAD Workshop: Leading in your Business, Community and Industry
Facilitated by Dr. Marcele De Sanctis and Rearn Norman, Centre for Leadership Advantage
Working with some of the country’s top leadership experts and organisational psychologists, the LEAD Workshop has been designed in partnership with the IPC team to offer our delegates an experience that will leave you with:
– a deeper understanding of yourself as a leader;
– personalised psychometric profiles with practical coaching suggestions tailored to you;
– leading-edge, evidence-based and practical content covering a broad range of leadership topics that apply to you as a leader and your business,
– the opportunity to share your insights and experiences with others, and to learn from your peers in a supportive, inspiring environment.
Prior to the conference, delegates will be invited to complete online leadership assessments (Hogan Personality Inventory and Hogan Development Survey) as pre-work for the workshop. **If booking multiple tickets, or on behalf of someone else, you must please note the full names and email addresses of each delegate in the “Notes” so we can send out the Hogan Report questionnaire. Please also inform us of any dietary requirements**
Workshop Agenda
Held over 1 jam-packed, engaging and interactive day, delegates will have the opportunity to learn from leadership topics including:
– Self Insight (Understanding your Hogan profiles; What are my strengths as a leader? What are my ‘watch outs’ and how do I manage them?)
– Leading in Context (How do I lead in uncertainty? What is my opportunity to influence others and enhance my impact?)
– Leading for Performance (Using role clarity, feedback and coaching to build performance and accountability in others)
– Leading for Others (What is my signature style as a leader? What environment do I want to create, and what legacy do I want to leave?).
These inspiring sessions will include opportunities for break out discussions, group work, and provide you with practical insights and actionable plans.
This workshop will provide you with a unique opportunity to go deeper into your understanding of who you are, how you lead, and how you can enhance the impact you can have with your team, your community and our industry. We hope you can join us.
