We’re still facing the enormous difficulties managing sudden border closures, managing a team through rapidly changing protocols and procedures, and ensuring their psychological safety to perform at their best. All of these challenges, and so many more are without a doubt a huge burden on us as leaders. This interactive, hands-on, full day workshop will feature internationally recognised coaches that will guide you through this upcoming journey and leave you with a plan of attack ready to implement.
But we won’t wait another month to start the process. We’ll be gathering information before the event directly with each of you. Using this information, personalised insights will be developed based on world renowned LEAD program and the Hogan Personality Assessment Framework. This inclusion alone is worth over $450 and available for every attendee.
All conference meals including lunches and dinner on Sunday night are included. Accommodation is at your leisure however we will launch preferred pricing with the venue shortly.
