Exclusively for innovative, passionate and collaborative pharmacy owners from all over Australia, the Pharmacy Owners Congress first launched in May 2019 at Byron Bay. Following it's success, we planned to hold our second Pharmacy Owners Congress in 2020.  Unfortunately due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, and despite all of our efforts to innovate and adapt, we have been forced to postpone POC2020 to August 2021.  As a result, we're stoked to announce #poc2021.  Our aim is to bring the best-of-the-best minds in the country together to share ideas, experiences and techniques in an immersive environment.  Any attempts to book by non-pharmacy owners, or those that do not fit our brief or requirements will be removed from our group.  Any payments made will be refunded noting that if payment is processed via credit card, you may forfeit any surcharges incurred.

Thursday, 5th August 2021

  • Opening from Glenn and Alyssa Azar – Glenn and his daughter Alyssa run Adventure Professionals who took us on Kokoda last year. Glenn, business owner, veteran, personal trainer, life coach and psychology student has completed Kokoda 78 times and Alyssa was the youngest female to scale Mt Everest at the age of 19 (she did Kokoda at 8 years old!) They will be talking about mind set and team work.
  • Award Winning Owners Panel – This panel was a huge success last year. This year 3 new award winning owners will share their stories – their successes, their failures and their advice. Inspiring and raw.

 

Friday 6th & Saturday 7th August 2021 

  • Our keynote presenter will immerse you in content over 2 days in a hands on leadership Masterclass and workshop. Cameron Schwab was the youngest CEO of the Richmond Football Club at 24 and the second longest serving AFL CEO (Richmond, Fremantle and Melbourne). Cameron will teach leadership habits, to create the behaviours and culture to achieve high performance outcomes.

 

Sunday 8th August 2021 

  • We’ll wrap up POC 2021 and bring all of your learnings together with a half day workshop by Kemi Nekvapil. Kemi’s session will be like no other you have experienced. Kemi is a coach, speaker, author and student of Brene Brown. She will go deep within your personal values and wellbeing. What are your non-negotiables, what does your inner monologue say about you that stops you from reaching your full potential?

 

Cameron will be in attendance for the whole Congress and Kemi will join us Saturday afternoon.

Saturday afternoon will finish in the early afternoon and you will have the choice to enjoy a long lunch with your peers networking or enjoy some “me” time on the golf course or day spa.

Each night we will enjoy dinner together with our peers and speakers.

There is also a bus going to and from Sydney Airport to make it easier to reach the Hunter.
